#Nshima, pronounced shee-ma, makes up the main component of Zambian meals and is made from pounded white cornmeal. From what I understand it’s very similar to
#Pap in South Africa or
#Ugali & it’s so delicious.
Shoutout to Moses & Sam for showing me how it’s done! And while we are on the topic of Zambian cuisine may I also say the okra was the best I’ve had in my entire life 🤌🏾
