This reel showcases some of my favorite strength training moves, focusing on explosive power that translates directly to the wall. You’ll see landmine clean and presses (a game-changer for climbing power), bench press (gotta balance those pulling muscles), wood chops for core strength and obliques (essential for dynamic moves), and kettlebell swings for posterior chain power and endurance.
I’m focusing on 3-4 sets of 4-6 reps with 2-3 minutes rest to really push the weight and build that explosive strength. Thanks bodyenroute for the workout!
