Throwback to when people used to say climbers shouldn’t do leg workouts because it would make their legs heavier⚠️ Don’t let outdated beliefs hold you back from becoming a stronger, more well-rounded athlete. Weight training has not only made me a healthier climber, but a better runner, swimmer, and cyclist too! We can generate so much power from our leg muscles to take some of the exertion off our arms and fingers.
