After 5 hip surgeries, returning to Logical Progression felt like a true testament to my resilience. It felt like showing up to an unanswered question mark; could I come back to climbing big walls? Was my body capable of this kind of challenge after this many procedures?
While it is far from the hardest climb I’ve achieved, I was also far from being physically in shape for it (I was only 5 weeks out from my final hip surgery). Logical Progression holds a special place in my heart as it symbolizes overcoming obstacles and pushing through fear.
Confronting fear head on is essential for growth and progression. It’s important to go to the nucleus of where fear resides and challenge yourself to face it. Only then can we truly break through barriers and reach new heights.
