Target shoulder pain with KB BOTTOM UP HOLD + WALKING 🔥🔥 . I love this stability exercise for the rotator cuff and scapular stabilizer muscles . The goal is to focus on keeping your shoulder engaged while actively engaging your shoulder protractors (think “punching” your shoulder forward. Adding in shoulder flexion above 90 degrees targets your supraspinatus to helps activate and strengthen your rotator cuff muscles. Walking makes it extra tricky and further challenges stability. . Make it more difficult by walking a longer distance, adding turns, or picking a heavier weight. QUALITY >> QUANTITY. .
