While there not be such thing as βperfect running form,β here are three form tips to help improve your running:
ππΌ Head and Neck - Keep your eyes focused on the horizon vs looking down. This helps improve breathing and body alignment.
ππΌ Arms - Allow your arms to stay relaxed and swing forward and back vs across your body. This helps keep your momentum moving forward.
ππΌ Legs - Aim for shorter faster strides where the foot lands closer to the body vs longer more exaggerated strides where the foot lands in the front of the body. This helps you run for longer and reduce wear and tear muscles and joints.
