Overcoming fear is a constant learning curve as you learn more about yourself and your body. It’s taken me many years as an athlete to be able to rationalize my fears with my training. Yes I am afraid, but I also just did the same thing on the floor… Therefore I CAN do it.
Knowing you’re capable of overcoming fear is 1 thing… Actually doing it is another. You CAN overcome your fears! It just takes time, patience and perseverance. You got this!!💖
