🎅🏼🎄NUT ROAST CAKE (with all the trimmings) I made this nut roast when I first moved to the UK almost 5 years ago. We were the only plant-based eaters in the house, and this nut roast was wiped clean - which meant no leftovers 😭 Now I always make at least 2 or 3 because most eaters around the table are now veggie - and so we can finally enjoy leftovers on Boxing Day!
