Ingredients:
1 Package of Medjool dates
Peanut butter
Dark Chocolate
Coconut oil
Granola
Salted roasted peanuts
Instructions:
1. Cut dates in half and remove pits.
2. Place dates on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, pressing dates down to create an even and flat layer.
3. Add a layer of peanut butter and spread evenly.
4. Melt dark chocolate with a small amount of coconut oil and drizzle on top. 5. Sprinkle with granola and salted roasted peanuts.
6. Freeze for 1 hour.
7. Cut into squares and enjoy!
