BUBA Bureka opens this Thursday 4/3 🫢 The first NYC shop to sell only one thing on the menu - BUREKAS! They’re focused on perfecting the Bureka - a staple Mediterranean pastry that’s stuffed with heaven! They currently have 4 varieties: 🥔 Potato (with crispy shallots) 🌽 Corn (might have been my favorite) 🧀 Cheese (think feta and salty goodness) 🥬 Spinach Artichoke (never seen this one before!) ✨ All served in a box with accoutrements like jammy eggs, pickles, olives, tahini, and schug.
