Black women are innovators, trend-setters, and trailblazers who are shaping our communities and as we uplift these women, we also hold space for rest. Why? Recent data shared by 21nintey reported that: Black women are the fastest-growing group of entrepreneurs in the U.S., with over 1.9 million businesses generating $51 billion in revenue. 💪🏾 However, 66% of Black women feel they must overexert themselves to excel professionally and manage personal responsibilities AND 88% of Black women report experiencing burnout at work. The good news, 58% of surveyed women 18+ reported they are focusing on maintaining inner peace and prioritizing health.
