ICYMI: Episode 4 of Moving Right Along is live on my YouTube channel (link 🔗 in my bio)… Some of the things that transpired leading up to World Champs that no one really knew about…I had a couple crashes in training leading up to the event, kind of, in the final hours. I had one particular crash in slalom, and I hit my head pretty hard. And that led us to need to go through a whole concussion protocol testing and that, on top of everything else, was like…what? What is even happening right now? We had some consultations with a concussion specialist back home and worked through the process to rule out concussion. And that was a huge relief, of course. But then it was also dealing with the uncertainty around not only having crashed in GS and Killington, but then having crashed in GS again in training and then having crashed in slalom in training.
