1. Learn to calm your own storm instead of venting to other people it seems therapeutic to let it all out but all youāre doing is reinforcing your negative thoughts also, you canāt expect your partner your family, or friend to always be in a headspace to receive your negative energy. Itās no oneās job but yours to pull yourself out of your negative thoughts.
2. You will continue to suffer if you have an emotional reaction to everything that is said to you. True power is sitting back and observing things with logic. Words control you, which means everyone else can control you - breathe and allow things to pass.
3. Donāt kill people with kindness, because not everyone deserves your kindness, kill people with silence, because not everyone deserves your attention.
4. Itās OK to be lost. It means that youāve never been this version of yourself before - you must get lost to become found.
