I know what it’s like to be at deaf/hard of hearing child in a hearing world. I also know what it’s like to have parents navigating an unfamiliar world. I thought it was just our norm. Then I became a pediatric audiologist and a mother myself - and everything changed. Now I help hearing parents of DHH children find confidence and make empowered choices for their children and families - because I know what it’s like to feel stuck. AND I also know how amazing it feels to feel completely grounded and sure when I’m going down the right path. That’s why I do what I do.
