Day 2 of 30 Days of Romanticizing My Life 🌹
Buying yourself flowers is an act of self-love—but caring for them is a love language too.
Instead of tossing my week-old bouquet, I took time to slow down—gently pruned the wilted petals, cut the stems shorter, and gave them a second life in a new vase.
It felt meditative. Calming. Like I was telling myself, “you’re still worthy, even in your softer, messier moments.”
🌸 Flower care tips to make your blooms last longer:
— Trim stems at an angle every few days
— Remove leaves below the water line
— Change the water every 2–3 days
— Keep away from direct sunlight and fruit bowls (they release ethylene gas!)
✨ I’m spending the next 30 days slowing down, exploring beautiful places, and finding joy in the little things.
✨ Follow along for more small, beautiful ways to romanticize your life.
📌 And don’t forget to save this post for your next flower reset!
Thank you coryhernandez01 for my beautiful flowers. 🥰💜
