Meet Garrett Frye, MEd, CSCS – Norwood Young America’s Central High School and Belle Plaine High School’s Sports Performance Coach. Frye earned his BS in Sports and Exercise Science from the University of St. Thomas and his in MEd Sport and Exercise Science from the U of M. He spent three years coaching both football and strength & conditioning at Holy Family Catholic High School. Frye enjoys learning about the history of sports performance and future innovation in the industry. Speaking of history, Frye collects cookbooks as a hobby, and his oldest is from 1923!
