Welcome to the ucfarboretum! 🌱 Nestled in the heart of campus, the Arboretum’s sustainability initiatives leverage AI-technology to divert food waste. The waste identified by the technology, called Raccoon Eyes, is turned into compost, some of which goes to the Arboretum’s community farm and garden — helping to grow produce for the Knights Helping Knights Pantry (khkpantry).
