The Department of Education and the Department of Justice have announced the formation of a Title IX special investigations team to address growing concerns over biological men competing in women's sports and the invasion of women-only intimate spaces. The initiative comes in response to a significant number of complaints received by the agencies. The team, comprising of attorneys and investigators from both departments, aims to swiftly address these issues and protect the rights of women and girls.
