what's a soul mate? // reflections Our newest friends may not be familiar with all that lead up to Sully coming into my life, so I figured I'd share the story on this #wolfhoundwednesday ❤️ My introduction into the wolfhound breed began with my beautiful Saoirse. She came into my life at a time when I was at a low point and immediately became my best friend. On some days, she felt like my only friend. She was my original velcro dog, the biggest mama's girl. Fast forward a few years to New Year's Eve, 2019. Without going into all of the details, she passed in her sleep at only 3.5 years old. To say I was devastated would be an understatement. I didn't know what to do with myself - I had a giant hole in my heart and the little guys and I were all grieving.
