Earlier this week, Philadelphia celebrated Transgender Day of Visibility with a flag raising at City Hall. 🏳️‍⚧️    The Office of LGBTQ+ Affairs and the Philadelphia Commission on Human Relations (PCHR) hosted the event, which featured transgender speakers and performers. Philadelphia proudly holds the title of the country’s largest “Welcoming City,” certified by Welcome America for its inclusive approach towards people of various backgrounds.
