A northeastern Iowa man and his family spotted what appeared to be two albino deer last weekend. Kurt Massimilla and his family were driving back to their Peosta home on March 29 when they spotted the two deer near Sherrill. "I saw it, and I thought it was like a white llama or something like that," Massimilla, 56, told SWNS. "My wife was like, 'Oh my god, an albino deer,' and just the tone in her voice — she was like a giddy teenager." The Iowa DNR said it couldn't tell from the video if the deer were albino or piebald, another genetic condition that reduces pigmentation in their fur.
