After building the media day box that has been used by the majority of the 24 onuathletics teams, various photographers, and many recruits. We knew we needed to go bigger. As we spent time drawing on the whiteboard we decided we had been looking at making the video set bigger and better but why not make the whole media day experience bigger and better? onazfootball 2023 media day included a social media station, a photo station, and a video station. Not only was it the most stations there have ever been, it was the most players we have ever had to include. The video set was designed in an empty classroom with the goal to feel like a real jungle or an outdoor set. With a $0 budget we started asking around seeing if we could borrow various items to be used in our set. At the end it all came together like never before.
