Here’s one of my go to recovery routines taking my hips through some gentle mobility exercises to promote blood flow and joint mobility, not to mention a good stretch and feel on my days off from training.
Although a have a few recovery routines a stick to consistently doing mobility sessions like these always leave me feeling better than when I started and the more consistent I am with it the less sticky I feel. It may not be for everybody but it works well for me.
I recommend adding a few sessions like these into your routine to aid in things such as recovery and maximizing movement on days “off”.
