In my thirties, I’ve really honed in on my fitness approach. What once felt secondary—like mobility, stretching, and proper recovery—has become essential to my training. I’ve moved past the days of chasing big numbers and ego lifting; now, my focus is on stability and exploring deeper ranges of motion. Surprisingly, I’m feeling stronger and looking better than I ever did in my twenties.
I’ve learned to truly listen to my body, fueling it with a newfound understanding that’s making a real difference in my longevity. It’s a shift in mindset that’s paying off. That said, I’m still pushing harder than ever, but with a renewed sense of focus and intent. This journey is all about embracing the process and finding strength in the small wins.
