ONLINE CLIENT 4 MONTH TRANSFORMATION ✅ - Special shoutout to my client Sean for completing four months of online training with me! Sean began his journey as a dedicated gym-goer, focusing on optimizing his nutrition. He was concerned about losing muscle while trying to reduce body fat. Our initial goal was to develop a sustainable nutrition plan for the summer that would help him lose body fat while maintaining muscle mass.
