We turned this British favorite into a Southern-style big-batch punch. Ingredients - 1 1/4 cups loosely packed fresh mint sprigs (from 1 [2-oz.] pkg.), plus more for garnish - 1 cup fresh lemon juice (from 4 lemons) - 3 navel oranges, thinly sliced into half-moons, divided (about 6 cups) - 1 English cucumber, thinly sliced, divided (about 4 cups) - 6 cups sliced fresh strawberries, divided (from 2 qt.) - Ice - 2 1/2 cups (20 oz.) Pimm’s No. 1 - 5 (11.15-oz.) cans lemon-flavored sparkling water (such as Sanpellegrino or LaCroix) Directions 1. Place mint sprigs, lemon juice, 1 1/4 cups of the oranges, 1 1/4 cups of the cucumbers, and 1 1/4 cups of the strawberries in a large bowl. Crush with a wooden spoon until no large chunks of fruit remain and mint is fragrant, about 2 minutes. 2.
