Today is International Nurses Day! To celebrate, we're sharing a #ToosieSlideChallange from @hanaabukhari, a Critical Care Nurse at Etobicoke General Hospital. Hanaa has worked in multiple healthcare settings but feels her home is in the Critical Care unit. Her favourite part of her job is the ability to provide competent care using a holistic approach; she enjoys puzzling the pieces together and creating solutions to help resolve the bigger issues. As Chair of her Unit Based Council, Hanaa noticed Covid-19 was effecting her team's patience, strength, and courage. She beleives sometimes the best medication is a momentary distraction from the problem itself and that's where the inspiration behind their dance came from.
