Don’t sleep on accessory work. If you want your big lifts to go up, you need to address your weak links—and the best way to do that is by targeting them directly. Accessory work is the key. Here are two of my go-to accessories for building stronger legs and a resilient lower back: 1. Split Squats These hit the glutes and quads hard, and because they’re unilateral, there’s no room to compensate—you’re forced to address imbalances. 2. Weighted Back Extensions (with a static hold on the last rep) This one hits the hamstrings, glutes, and lower back. I credit this movement with helping eliminate my lower back pain. If you want a strong, pain-free back, these muscles need to be dialed #payhim #paytheman joshbridges_training And I always rock rad_global v2 training shoes
