Florida State redshirt junior defensive back Earl Little Jr. (earllittlejr) has been the talk of the Seminoles’ spring practices thus far. The former four-star prospect from American Heritage High School was sensational. However, during the 2024 season for Florida State, he only finished with 15 tackles (one for loss), and one sack in a reserve role. Little Jr. made the position switch from nickel cornerback to safety in the middle of the year. Fast forward to the offseason, the former Alabama Crimson Tide transfer has been referred to by new defensive coordinator Tony White as “HIM”. Head football coach Mike Norvell has also went out of his way in post-practice media sessions to express his excitement of the defender.
