UPDATE: Mike Norvell mentioned that wide receiver Squirrel White, Lawayne McCoy, Jalen Brown, and Duce Robinson were all out during the Seminoles’ second spring scrimmage. This was a prime opportunity to allow pass catchers such as Jordan Scott, Jayvan Boggs, and Chase Loftin to develop properly. Norvell stated that all of the wide receivers that were out will hopefully be returning next week. While I like the position group, I wouldn’t be opposed to adding another playmaker. Just like when the Seminoles added wide receiver transfer Keon Coleman in 2023, I didn’t believe that the program needed to go after him because I felt as though there were more pressing needs.
