Every wedding we are part of, we continue to learn more lessons and grow from experience…but over the years I have learned how important it is to cultivate a solid team that uplifts and supports each other through it all🫶🏼 Weddings can be full of so much fun and excitement for sure…but often times weddings also come with pressures and stress. And if our wedding vendors do not know how to regulate their nervous systems, speak to each other with respect and work with each other, this can create a not so pleasant environment in our work atmosphere This is why I’ve found that it is crucial to have the a team that is grounded, calm and assertive when it comes to doing their job…along with keeping a good attitude and actually having fun.
