Minnesotans have cast more than 1.1 million early ballots in this year’s election, soaring past the 2016 total. A total of 1,174,224 ballots had been accepted as of early Monday afternoon, according to the Minnesota Secretary of State’s Office. That’s out of nearly 3.7 million registered voters in Minnesota.
