Golden Drops is a semi-washed Colombian coffee with notes of chai spice and honey. For this unique collaboration we aged the green Golden Drops coffee in a JH Bards whiskey barrel for 3 months. After this we roasted the coffee to bring out both the notes naturally found in the coffee along with the notes from the barrel.
