The foundation we built in the heart of the 757 during the inaugural MIGHTY DREAM FORUM was nothing short of inspirational, uplifting and meaningful. The goal of this event was to foster a safe space for real conversation and honest dialogue between corporations, small businesses, entrepreneurs, educators & students, and DEI professionals to create actionable plans. With over $56 trillion dollars worth of representation on stage, we hosted executives from ups, jpmorgan, rockefellerfdn, hm, bnymellon, cisco, waltonfamilyfdn, lvmh, richemont_group, google Tech Equity Collective, publicisgroupe, publicishealth, edelman, mcdonalds, guardian_us, visitvirginia, visitnorfolkva and many more to work with attendees and the local community to exchange ideas on DEI and to provide opportunities for Black and Latinx organizations and individuals.
