The best part of building a team is being able to show them something once and they are able to do it by themselves the second time! We have a whole squeegee but have decided what works best is using the Cricut scrapper or a debit card….and they just like to use their hand! Like I tell my students, there are so many ways to do things. Do what works best for you! Also, what I have learned while stepping more into my delegating role, your team does not have to do things exactly how you do it! They are not you!
