Bernie Collins is something of a legend in the #F1 community… The talented strategist began her journey with McLaren Racing in 2009 as a graduate trainee. She worked her way up to the role of performance engineer before moving to Sahara Force India Formula One Team in 2015, staying with the team as it became BWT Racing Point F1 Team, and eventually Aston Martin F1 Team as the head of race strategy!
