This song is playing in the background whenever I think of some of my first encounters with the Lord. At a young age I found myself always connecting with this song and singing that chorus over and over telling him I am desperate for him and completely lost without him. I can still go back in my head to where I would sit in my church auditorium and sing this with everyone. There is something so beautiful about a body of believers singing that they are desperate and lost without Jesus.
