This week’s #MoodySpotlight is Garrett Bohannan, a junior utexasrtf and utjschool double major. Hailing from Frisco, Texas, Garrett’s passion for storytelling led him to pursue both fields. “Journalism has given me a foundation for translating people’s stories into written articles, podcasts and videos. I added RTF to deepen that learning and gain technical skills in documentary production and narrative filmmaking. The classes complement each other so well.” Garrett chose Moody College not just for its top-tier programs but also for its location in Austin. “I knew this was the place for me when I stepped on campus. I can’t imagine myself anywhere else. The professors and students have pushed me to become a better storyteller and a better person.
