UWG celebrates Veterans Day by honoring the service of two current students, Ryan Whitley and Mackenzie Sarna. Whitley served in the United States Air Force for five years as a command and control battle operations specialist and is now attending UWG with a major in sport management and a minor in mass communications. Whitley also serves as a student assistant for UWG football recruiting. Sarna served in the United States Army for seven years as a behavioral health specialist and is now attending UWG with a major in marketing. Thank you to all veterans for your dedication and service. We salute you!
