The Child Protection and Family Services Agency (CPFSA), an Agency of the Ministry of Education, Skills, Youth and Information, announces that Canada has officially ratified Jamaica’s accession to the Hague Convention of 25 October 1980 on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction (HCCH 1980), effective April 1, 2025.
