Today, March 25th, we observe #EqualPayDay to raise awareness about the egregious, gender and racially discriminatory #WageGap and its impact on women, families, and the economy. 💸 On average, women are earning just 75 cents to a man's dollar! Of course, averages alone don't tell the whole story because, due to structural racism and parental discrimination, women of color and moms face much larger wage gaps when compared separately.
