We were back in the PA State Capitol this week, to celebrate the re-introduction of the Family Care Act with champions and partners (and Tasty Cakes!). Nearly 4 million PA'ians (66% of the workforce) lack access to paid family and medical leave. The good news is three is strong bi-partisan support for a paid leave plan in PA.
