Pica’s Restaurant on West Chester Pike in Upper Darby will close sometime in the summer, the owners announced Thursday. The restaurant, known for its tray pizza and Italian specialties for generations, has been an Upper Darby mainstay for 70 years. The family said they plan to open a new, smaller location somewhere in Delaware County. The West Chester location will remain open.
