It was so wonderful to talk to Elaine Silets aka “The Train Lady” as she puts her beautiful estate in North Barrington on the market. Yes it is a sprawling estate, but for Elaine it’s the home that she has enjoyed designing 11 gardens for, planted one of a kind trees and most notable, built an outstanding indoor train and outdoor model train tracks for her and her beloved husband.
