With the season ending last night, it’s never too late to look forward to the next! My instant reactions following last night’s loss is that Alabama and Nate Oats MUST prioritize taller/longer guard play. That was clearly the difference last night and it was an issue all season long against teams that had better length than us. That’s why getting transfer guards out of the portal like Jalil Bethea (Miami) and Adrian Wooley (Kennesaw State) would be huge. Also, the Crimson Tide needs to do anything they can to retain the following: — Aiden Sherrell — Derrion Reid — Mo Dioubate — Labaron Philon The reason I don’t say Aden Holloway is because I think he is a 100% lock to return. Labaron will definitely test the NBA Draft waters, but an emphasis should be put on trying to gauge him back to Tuscaloosa. I cannot stress Aiden Sherrell enough — cannot lose him.
