After graduating from the University of Virginia with a love for international studies, I moved out to LA working for an online training company.
Though successful in my position at work, I started facing daily anxiety and bouts of depression.
I was not well. Sleeping 16 hours a day and couldn’t figure out what was wrong with me. I lost the will to live.
I took a chance on life and ended up in Thailand, where I discovered the healing powers of fresh, local produce, time in nature, and yoga.
Eventually, I moved back to the States to start my own wellness business, because I first-hand understood the power of a healthy diet and its effects on mental health.
