Our activation warmup is an extended warmup in season that allows us to get extra work for resiliency. The activation always has some component of: spine stabilization CNS ramp up Rotator cuff / scapular stabilizers We warmup so much in season that I like to use other means during lifts to help facilitate blood flow. This activation warmup serves the purpose while allowing us to get some specific work in. #inseasontraining #baseballstrengthandconditioning #pitchertraining
