Meet Kat Sheridan, a rising senior double majoring in Journalism and Gender and Women’s Studies, with double minors in Art and Queer and Trans Studies. This summer, Kat has been gaining valuable real-world experience as an intern at RIMonthly. Kat’s internship has taken them to a variety of events as press, including Cirque du Soleil and the Great Elephant Migration, where they reported on these unique experiences.
