Meet Eve Masson, a Psychology and Human Development and Family Science double major from North Kingstown, Rhode Island, who spent six weeks in Denmark examining why itโs the second happiest country in the world.
Through the DIS summer study abroad program, Eve took two psychology classes and engaged with native Danes to understand their unique perspectives. She explored museums like the Happiness Museum and spent a week in Zurich, Switzerland, with her class studying the works of Carl Jung.
When asked about her favorite part of the trip, Eve shared, โItโs hard to pick, but I loved learning all about Danish culture!โ
Looking ahead, Eve plans to attend graduate school for clinical psychology, enriched by the insights and experiences from her transformative time abroad.
