Some friends asked me if I wanted to do a MTB Enduro race with them last weekend. I’ve never raced a MTB in my life, nor have I trained or raced anything longer than 45 seconds so naturally I said yes, because why not? Borrowed a bike and sent it. . Here is a short clip of some of the highlights of the race. Started the race during a hail storm, went off the course, crossed rivers, lost momentum, muddy uphill sprints, and more. 26 minutes later I couldn’t feel my legs or hands and had the worst arm pump ever, but also a smile on my face.
